Funds are wired to field partners within 72 hours of receipt. Local partner networks know the terrain, know the families, and can deliver aid where international NGOs often cannot. The 72-hour window is our operational commitment — measured from processed donation to funds in the partner's account.
Every dollar from public donations is deployed to families. Move To Help operates without paid staff or a physical office. Operational costs — payment processing, hosting, compliance — are covered separately by the founding group, not out of donated funds. This isn't marketing; it's how the organization is structured.
We work exclusively through partners with independent registration and public accountability. Every partner listed below is externally verifiable via their own registration authority. We do not create shell distributors, and we do not deploy through partners whose operations cannot be independently confirmed.

Every donor receives a per-donation deployment confirmation. For specific questions about how your donation was used within a given quarter, reply to your receipt email — our team responds within one business day with the operational context of your donation's region and deployment window.
